DIXIE'S NEIGHBORHOOD PLACE FOR GREAT FOOD AND TERRIFIC DRINKS!
There is plenty of reason to stop by Khalil’s. They’ve perfected the burger. It’s a perfect spot to settle in and watch the game with more than 40 TVs. Most importantly (to us), they give back to the community in a big way.
What to order: Their hand-pattied cheeseburger and house-made pasta salad
What sets them apart: They make a lot of their dips and sides from scratch like the ranch dressing and hummus. Can’t beat it!

Khomi’s Mexican Desserts
Where: Hazelwood Shopping Center
“The owners designed the menu after desserts their grandmother made for them as children in Pachuca, Hidalgo” says the Louisville Business First article. The three siblings have to be making their family proud with their out-of-this-world sweet treats.
What to get: Fresas Con Crema - This is simply fresh strawberries, homemade sweet cream that isn’t too sweet but incredibly light, cookie, and whipped cream.
Not into dessert? Try their crepes or Cheetos Con Queso.
